This is for reference when placing orders in the future. In addition, survey cards sent with orders that are returned will be posted on our website in our testimonials section. If you do not wish that your survey card be posted, please indicate so on your survey card. We do not keep any payment information (credit card numbers, checking account numbers, etc.) for any of our customers. Payment information is used to collect any amount due on an order when authorized and is then destroyed in a secure manner. If amounts due are not received on agreed terms, we release enough financial information to allow proper and efficient use of collections in the form of collection agencies.

Visitors to our site may expect to be tracked via a tracking cookie or server-side tracking tools. We do not use this at all times and only maintain the right to do so for security reasons and/or server performance issues. All information, except a unique random identifier, is discarded when your browsing agent leaves our domain. The aforementioned identifier is used to uniquely identify your shopping cart and keep track of the items in your cart. If we, Creative Advertising USA, at our own discretion, believe our data is in risk of being compromised, we will log any and/or all IPs and timestamp and notify the appropriate authorities.

Any information we keep on customers and visitors is not sold, rented or otherwise released to any third party except where required by United States law.

All prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Our 100% Money Back Guarantee is only valid if notified within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods. The refund is disbursed once the entire order (or partial order) in question is received by our warehouse. We also will not begin working on replacements until the items are received by our warehouse. For more information or to make a claim, please contact us with your Name, Business Name, Billing & Shipping address(es) and order number. Our guarantee does not cover incorrect sizing ordered. Some brands run larger and others run smaller. We will not refund for wrong sizing ordered. If you are unsure about the sizing of a particular product, please order a sample before placing an order.

The Free Service, 'Free Shipping' applies to all customers within the 50 United States including Alaska and Hawaii. No shipping to P.O. Boxes or Puerto Rico. Other shipping methods will be charged to the customer the direct rate for shipping plus a small Shipping & Handling fee per package.

Any items ordered with an order total quantity of less than 12 will be sold as blank samples. No returns on samples for credit but they may be returned to be included in an order for embroidery or screen printing free of charge.

When ordering, the following combinations are allowed to meet the quantity-based pricing breaks: Shirts, jackets, blankets, towels, robes and most tote bags (considered "flats") may be combined with varying sizes and colors of other flat items. Caps (considered "curved") may be combined with various colors and sizes (if applicable) of other curved items. Shirts, jackets, blankets, towels, robes and tote bags may not be combined with caps to meet the quantity based pricing. Any orders featuring both flats and curved setups will be split into two orders and priced accordingly.

We do not guarantee stock and/or color availability of products.

Please note that when Nike Golf or PING apparel is displayed for sale, the product is meant for embellishment with the logo or decoration of a company, school, team or organization. Generic, obscure and/or temporary decoration, in order to resell Nike and PING products, is prohibited.

Furthermore, to protect its reputation and identity, Nike reserves the right to prohibit the addition to any Nike garment of any trademark, name, design or logo of an organization, business, school or team (or for an individual or other entity) that does not meet certain standards. Please contact your representative with any questions. The decorations of any Nike garment with the proprietary mark, name or logo of any professional college institution without the prior written authorization of both the owner of such mark, name or logo and/or Nike is expressly prohibited. Nike products may not be sold without embellishment.

PING images, logos and trademarks may not be used in conjunction with the name or trademark of any business which manufactures, sells, or distributes firearms, tobacco, or sexual products. PING products may not be resold without embellishment.

Creative Advertising reserves the right to change any information contained within this document or across our website at any time without notice. All logos, trademarks, copyrights, etc. expressed/shown herein are properties of their respective owners except where noted.
