Q: What is included in the price?
We include FREE embroidery or FREE screen printing, FREE folding & bagging and FREE SHIPPING on ALL items! (exluding apparel within the promotional products area, contract printing and where noted). The price you see is the price you ultimately pay! (details apply)

Q: What is quantity based pricing? Can you explain for me?
Quantity based-pricing simply means that the higher quantities you order, the cheaper each product becomes. Also, you can mix and match colors and sizes and even mix different products as long as it is the same logo going on similar items. For example, if you wanted to order 6 polo shirts and have 3 of them red, 3 of them blue and you also wanted 6 button down shirts with 3 of them black and 3 of them navy, you would qualify for quantity 12 pricing. This means that whatever each product you choose lists for a price at quantity 12 is what we will sell them to you for (with your logo imprinted and free UPS Ground shipping too of course!).
If you wanted 6 polo shirts and 6 caps, these items are not similar so you would not qualify for quantity 12. When ordering, shirts, jackets, blankets, towels, bags and most other acessories are considered similar. When ordering caps, all styles of caps including visors, fashion caps, knit caps (bini caps) and bucket caps are considered similar.

Q: What about more than 1 location?
We offer the ability to imprint in more than one location on virtually all of our items. For Screen Printing, additional locations are priced as follows: $2.25 per additional color for quantity 12-23 and 24-47, $1.10 for quantity 48-95, $0.60 for quantity 96-143 and $0.50 for quantity 144-287. For embroidery, $5 per item under quantity 24 which includes 10,000 stitches of embroidery and digitizing. Above quantity 24, $3 per item which includes 10,000 stitches of embroidery and digitizing.(specials may be excluded)

Q: What about more than 1 color?
For Embroidery, you may add up to 12 colors Free of Charge! For Screen Printing, please add $1.10 per additional color per shirt for quantity 24-47, $0.70 for 48, $0.45 for 96-143 and $0.25 for 144-287. For Promotional Products this will vary depending on the product. (specials may be excluded)

Q: What if I want in my order of 20 shirts, 10 to have one color and the other 10 a different color for my logo?
This is not a problem! We can do this for both Embroidery and Screen Printing. There will be a $10 color change fee per color change.

Q: What if my logo is over 10,000 stitches? How do I tell?
If you don't know the stitch count of your logo, don't worry. Simply send us an e-mail with your logo attached and we can tell you for free! If your logo is over 10,000 stitches, then a fee of $0.35 per 1,000 stitches over 10,000 will be added to each item you order. Also, a fee of $8.00 per 1,000 stitches over 10,000 is added for digitizing as a one-time fee. For example, if you ordered 10 shirts at $3.00 each and your logo was 12,000 stitches, you would pay $3.70 a shirt plus a one-time fee of $16 for the digitizing.

Q: How long does production take?
Currently production time is 10-12 business days, however we make every effort to meet any In-Hands dates you specify. Rush service is available but not guaranteed.
